GALLOWAY, JOANN HELEN CROMWELL, age 44 of the Bitter Creek Community, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2008 at her home. She helped operate the Galloway Market in Bitter Creek. She was preceded in death by her Father James L Cromwell , infant brother James Allen Cromwell, brother in law Roger Gilmore nephew Eric Bryant Grandparents, Roscoe and Stella Cromwell and Rhoda Portelli and Father-in-law, Frank Galloway; and half brother Frankie Manis . She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Dennis Galloway of the Bitter Creek community; mother, Julia Ann Cromwell of Oakdale; sister: Linda Cromwell of Harriman; brother: Jay Cromwell of Oakdale; niece: Alicia of Harriman; mother-in-law: Wanda Galloway of Bitter Creek; and beloved dog, Taz; Brothers-in-law: Gary and Jean Galloway of Knoxville and Eddie Galloway of Harriman; and nieces Erin and Courtney of Knoxville. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 19th from 12 to 2 p.m. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Charles Webb officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunbright Cemetery.
