Survived by his wife of 54 years, Caroline M. Jacobs; two children, Stephen A. Jacobs and Carol A. Herndon; two Brothers, Richard Jacobs of Pennsylvania and Donald Jacobs of Felton, Delaware; one sister, Carolyn Royer of Pennsylvania; two Grandsons, Jeremy and Max Jacobs; two Granddaughters, Kimberly and Cortney Herndon; and one Great-Granddaughter, Taylor Herndon.
