Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Valleyview Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Wayne Hicks officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 Bell St.
Mr. Branch was born in Roxton. He moved to Amarillo in 1956 from Wellington.
He was a technician for the U.S. Postal Service for 36 years before retiring in 1992. He served on the board of directors for the Amarillo Postal Employees Credit Union. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
Mr. Branch married Johnnie Lou Baird in 1955 at Wellington.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Randy Branch of Amarillo; two daughters, Diann Wright and Mary Moore, both of Amarillo; his father, J.L. Branch of Amarillo; three brothers, Don Branch, James Branch and Gary Branch, all of Amarillo; a sister, Novelle Hamilton of Panhandle; and five grandchildren.
