Mrs. Belk, 83, of Union, died Thursday, February 21, 2013 at The Specialty Hospital of Meridian.
She was a native and lifelong resident of the Wheatfield community in Neshoba County. She was a longtime poultry-cattle farmer. Mrs. Belk was a member of Wheatfield Congregational Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Marilyn Goss (Doyle) of Union; son, Freddie G. Belk (Debbie) of Union; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Paul "Top" Dove of Union; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Belk was preceded in death by her husband, Chester G. Belk and parents, John and Annie Dove.
