OBITUARY: GASCONADE COUNTY REPUBLICAN, Owensville, Mo, March 14, 1946, Page 1Funeral services for Mrs. Huston Perkins, who passed away Wednesday at her home on Owensville Route 2, were held last Sunday, March 10, at the Liberty Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Rev. Roy Jett, conducted the services. She had reached the age of 63 years, 2 months, and 5 days.Belle Perkins was born in Gasconade County on January 1, 1883, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs Sam Jarvis. On March 11, 1905, she was united in marriage at Bland to Huston Perkins, and to this union seven children were born, one of whom, Anthon, preceded his mother in death. She is survived by her husband, three sons--Virgil of Owensville, Route 2; Floyd of St. Louis, and Homer of Belle; three daughters--Mrs. Sophia Loyd of Bolivar; Mrs. Leora Graff of Bland, and Mrs. Viola Drusch of Owensville, Route 2; three brothers, three sisters, and one half-sister; also six grandchildren. Mrs. Perkins was a member of the Belle Baptist Church. Rev. Roy Jett preached Isabelle's funeral and used Proverbs 31:10-31.
