Tobias Oscar "Bud" Dellamano, LDS ID LXMH-XJC, was the son of Emelia Christina Rothe and Antonio Louis Dellamano.

He married in Collinsville, Illinois, October 18, 1922, Clara Elizabeth Schuricht, L2XX-BSS, daughter of Elizabeth Barbara Zink and Charles Martin Carl Schuricht.

Toby spent his summer in Massachusetts in 1916, working in an office for the railroad.

He was listed in the 1920 US Census in his father's household as a Cashier at a Railroad Office.

Bud served as a Corporal in Headquarters Co., 1st Battalion, 22nd Engineers, in the US Army in France during World War I.

He worked at the Pennsylvania Railroad Depot in Collinsville, then at Glidden Paint Co. in Collinsville.

He was a partner with his mother in the Dellamano Brothers Bottling Works in 1924. After her death, he became the manager of the business.

He was elected Collinsville City Commissioner in 1931.

Tobias and Clara had six children:
