Born in Booneville, Missouri on Oct. 3, 1916. He was a vetern of the US Army during WWII and was a construction worker by trade working out of the Laborers Union 496. Survivors include sons, Joseph of Geneva and William of Madison; daughters, Gwendolyn March of Painesville and Sandra (Franklin) Daugherty of Madison; ste-daughter, Patricia Gebeau of Chagrin Falls; 21 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine in 1993; daughter, Deanna; and sisters, Gertrude Fleming and Leona Marshall.
