Graveside services for Fred Garner Raymer will be conducted Monday at 2:30 p.m. in the Biloxi National Cemetery. Raymer, 61, of Norwood Village Apartments in Gulfport, died Thursday at his apartment. Born in Missouri, he was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy, a machinist, a Protestant and a mason. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mavis E. Raymer of Biloxi; one son, Paul Powell of Ocean Springs; two daughters, Sharon Raymer and Mrs. Marie Sue Thomas, both of St. Louis, Mo.; and two grandchildren. Lang Funeral Home in Gulfport is in charge of services.
