Funeral services for Miss Jo Anne Bacon, 25, were held from Irwinton Baptist Church on September 16. Burial followed in the Irwinton Masonic Cemetery.
Miss Bacon died September 13 in Ruldoso, New Mexico. She was a native of Dekalb County but had lived in Ruldoso for the past three months. She was a member of the Decatur First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her parents, Mr.and Mrs. Brett Bacon of of Irwinton; one brother, Roger Bacon of Chamblee and her grandmother, Mrs. Ollie Bullington of Macon.
