Beatrice L. Ashby, beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother; age 94 of Forest Lake, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2014, while surrounded by her family.
Beatrice taught 2nd grade at the old Wyoming elementary school. She was a longtime member of Forest Lake Christian Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Homer G. Ashby; sons-in-law, Kevin L. Berger and Richard D. Tague.
She is survived by her children, Randall (Deborah), Roger, Cynthia (Berger) Tague; grandchildren, Randall Tague, Brian Ashby, Nicholas Ashby, Michael O'Brien; and great-granddaughter, Kimberly Beatrice Tague; sister, Arlene (Ken) Monson; and many nieces and nephew.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Forest Lake Christian Church, 420 W. Broadway, Forest Lake.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 N. Shore Drive, Forest Lake and one hour prior to service at church.
Interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Forest Lake.
