1840's Christian Smothers left OH to Wisconsin. His sons George and Saint Clair did also. They probably traveled with Hiram Bennett and Minor Bennett [sons/o Elijah Bennett & Mabel Smothers] families to WI, stopping in IN first as Christians sons John and Daniel lived in Hudson twp, Laporte co IN.

NOTE:since he had originally been put on a memorial buried in Georgia where HE DIED ONLY, will leave that one for now so no one else does same thing but since he is really buried
here I still can't link him up or he will end up having
kids twice linked, so will just list their memorials when
all become available and found. the other memorial info is listed under Note. For now this is what was advised to do and I do so agree to that for now.
