Douglas Wayne Brinkley, 55, of Staunton died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at King's Daughter's Community Health and Rehabilitation Center in Staunton. Born June 19, 1953, in Staunton, he was the son of Cletis W. Jr. and Florence Arline (Clark) Brinkley.
Douglas was a student and employee of Vector Industries for more than 12 years.
His paternal grandfather, Cletis W. Brinkley Sr., along with his paternal grandmother and maternal grandparents preceded Douglas in death. In addition to his parents and several aunts, uncles and cousins, his family at Greenville Avenue Group Home survive Douglas.
Douglas was a student and employee of Vector Industries for more than 12 years.
