Bert is the son of Katherine Brown Redmon and Perry Redmon. He married Frances Maude Comstock Dec 6, 1913 in Crawford County, Arkansas; he was 21 and she was 19. He was the postmaster in Sallisaw, Oklahoma in the 1930's.
He is the father of Mrs. Faustine (b. approx 1915) Cheek (they divorced in 1936).
