Philip's the beloved son of Dick Hall of Las Vegas, Nevada and Kathleen Louise Erickson Hall-Roberts of Riverside, California. At the tender age of 28 our son was tragically killed in an accident near the Redlands Overpass in Riverside, California on January 11th, 1998.
Philip's greatly missed by his family who love him immensely - we'll see you real soon big guy in the Place where no hurt is ever allowed (1 Corinthians 2:9) - Thanks JESUS, for your salvation and eternal life for all believers (Romans 10:9,10).
Philip was a 1987 Riverside High School graduate and he played football on the school's team as a linebacker. At 6' 5" 220# he was an imposing sight for all running backs to see coming at them. Though a very large man, Phil had the gentleness of heart and was always a giver.
Our great loss is the Lord Jesus' great gain in Heaven. He may not have been a famous man in his life, but he was a star to everyone he left behind.
Philip is survived by his loving parents, Rick Hall of Las Vegas, Nevada and Kathleen Erickson Hall-Roberts of Riverside, California and his 4 brothers; Andrew James & Nicholas Joseph Hall of Las Vegas, Nevada, Michael & Shaun Roberts of Riverside, California and his sister Natalie Grace Hall of Fallbrook, California. Philip's sister Heidi preceded him into the Lord's Kingdom on July 23rd, 1995.
Phil's earthly body was memorialized, dedicated back to the Lord and cremated. His ashes were retained in a vault in the cemetery.
