Clarence E. Fox, 65, 625 N. Main, Delphos, died at 11:40 a.m. Friday at St. Rita's Hospital. He had been ill for 11 months.

Born July 23, 1893, at Trimble, Mr. Fox had been a conductor on Akron-Canton-Youngstown Railroad for the past 40 years.

He was a member of the Methodist Church, American Legion Post 268, 40 et 8 of Lima, Fraternal Order Eagles, Order of Railway Conductors and Ohio State Patrol Auxiliary.

Survivors include his wife, Josephine; one daughter, Waanataa, at home; two step-sons, Melvin Moorman, Leipsic and Richard Moorman, Delphos; two step-daughters, Mrs. Arthur Ostendorf, Wabash, Ind., and Mrs. Richard Heidenescher, Delphos; 13 grandchildren; two brothers, Cecil Fox, Columbus, and Monroe Fox, Canton; and one sister, Mrs. Thelma Spuhler, Massillon.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Methodist Church with Rev. J. Leslie Kunze officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Eagles memorial services will be at 8 p.m. Saturday at Harder and Son Funeral Home.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Saturday.
