TROFHOLZ, LYDIA (GROTELUESCHEN) (November 28, 1892 - November 22, 1970) Funeral services for Mrs. Lydia H. Trofholz, 77, who died Sunday at Morys Haven, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Gass-Haney Funeral Chapel with Rev. H.M. Rathkamp officiating.
Her body will lie in state at the chapel after 4 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Except for a few years, Mrs. Trofholz spent her lifetime in the Columbus community. She was employed by Daniel Studio until she retired.
Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Grotelueschen, she was born Nov. 28, 1892 in Colfax County.
In Columbus she was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was active in the Ladies Aid as long as she was able.
Surviving are two brothers and two sisters: Arthur W. Grotelueschen of Council BLuffs, Iowa; Greeley E. Grotelueschen of Citrus Heights, Calif.; Mrs. Pauline Speckman of Colby, Kan.; Mrs. Rosaline Schlax of Bloomington, Calif.
