Mrs. Ella F. Wyles, Saxton R. D., died on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 1978, at the Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring. She was born on Dec. 19, 1895, in Saxton R. D., the daughter of Philip and Mary K. (Hoover) Ritchey. She married Howard R. Wyles on May 30, 1912, at Liberty Township, with the Rev. S. I. Brumbaugh performing the ceremony. Her husband preceded her in death on Jan. 28, 1975. Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Esther Harvey of Honeybrook; Mrs. Elmira Rinard of. Saxton; James Wyles of Roaring Spring R. D; John and Kenneth Wyles, both of Saxton R. D.; and Mrs. Lillian Kelly of Saxton. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Barbara Dixon and Mrs. Zura Hoover, both of Saxton; Mrs. Catherine Reed of Jackson, Mich.; and Mrs. Virginia Worthing, Mrs. Hazel Wyles, and Mrs. Vesta Fleegle, all of Saxton R. D. One step-brother, William K. Hoover of Saxton R. D., also survives.
