Deaths and Funerals: Samuel D Menchey passed away suddenly at his home on E. Middle Street last Tuesday evening about 8 o' clock, death being due to heart trouble.
Deceased was the oldest son of the late Edward Menchey. Mr. Menchey was twice married, his first wife being Annie Meyers. By this marriage, one son, Wm F. Menchey survive. His second wife whose maiden name was Clara Little, with one son and one daughter, David Menchey and Mrs. Clyde Mumper, survive. He is also survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Menchey, three brothers and two sisters ---Edward F, James H and John A Menchey, of this place, Mrs. Rebecca Geiman of Hannover, and Mrs. Harry Yeagy of this place.
