This is a merger of #39965778 and #29459139 and previously reflected an "H" vs "B" for the middle initial which - upon close inspection of the gravestone - seemed erroneous. However, it is noteworthy that, in the 1910 US Census, he is listed with an "H" while the 1900 US Census did not show any middle initial. The birth month previously reflected May and is also changed based on the 1900 US Census as well as the West Virginia Index of Birth Records which both show April.
