He had three wives. His first wife: Mary Jane "Polly" Cruze Sayne
(Nov. 24, 1833 TN - Nov. 13, 1864 Knox County, Tennessee). She likely died in childbirth, and I am assuming she is buried at Hendron's. They had two daughters: Mary E. Sayne McCammon (1856 - 1931), and Nancy SAYNE (ca 1858-died 1860-1870).
His second wife, Elizabeth WEBB, and his third wife "Katie" WEBB, were sisters. They were daughters of Reuben and Jane (BAKER) WEBB of Sevier County Tennessee.
Poor Katie was only 13 when she had to marry this 54 year old man, known in the community as an unkind man. It's anecdotal, but the story goes that supposedly this is his second stone, the first being a fieldstone. It was Katie who talked the church elders into letting him be buried at Hendron's to begin with, and years later supposedly the elders didn't want Katie to put up this second stone for him. The elders finally relented but would not let Katie put his full name on the stone.
Dutch fathered 16 known children. Fifteen are presented here. The 16th, Lillie D. SAYNE, was born ca 1890. She lived to 1910 at least, as she is with the family in the 1910 census. She either died or married after that; I can't find proof of either.
∼Pearl is buried here per her death certificate. Richard L. Shoemaker informant.

A voice we loved is stilled
A place is vacant in our home
Which never can be filled
