Funeral services for Virginia M Davis have been scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at Christian Family Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Bishop Loyd Collins, Rev. Clay Frost, Bishop J.L. McGlothlin, Bishop Marvin Francis and Bishop Ed Street will be ministering. Burial will be at Greenhill Cemetery in Muskogee, Oklahoma under the direction of Hayhurst Funeral Home.
Virginia Mae Davis was born April 14, 1922 at Muskogee, Oklahoma the daughter of James Lloyd and Cora Mae (Moulton) Haworth. She died Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was 82 years of age.
The former Miss Virginia Mae Haworth was married to Carlton Lee Davis on May 18, 1940 at Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on December 6, 1996. Virginia was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, cooking and caring for her grandkids. She was a member of Dawson Church of God of Prophecy.
