Rose Marie (DeSalvo) Jennings, passed away Dec. 24, 2007. Born Sept. 24, 1938, to Russell and Frances (Papish) DeSalvo of Pueblo who preceded her in death. Survived by her children, James (Jodi) Jennings, Chelle McDaniel, and D'Ann (Steve) Rockwell; her sister, Betty (Richard) Williams; brother, Russell (Carolyn) DeSalvo; grandchildren, Michael and Mario Stefano, Jennifer, Samantha, and Jack Rockwell all of Pueblo, Branson Jennings of Lamar, Colo.; nieces and nephews, Lonna Williams of La Jolla, Calif., Ricky (Susan) Williams of Beulah, Colo., Russell DeSalvo III of Pueblo, and Buffie (Capt. Steve) Kaplachinski of Colorado Springs, Colo. A special acknowledgement to the extended family, numerous friends, neighbors, and professional colleagues for their love and close friendship over the years. She was a member of the KSKJ American Slovenian Catholic Union and attended Holy Family Church and St. Joseph Church where she had been a Eucharistic Minister. Rose was an RN and retired from CMHIP and Parkview hospital. Thank you to the many medical professionals who treated Rose and the Lincare staff. Rose Marie was always happy and smiling, saw only the best in people, knew no strangers and loved her family and the church above all else. Visitation, 1 to 7 p.m. Dec. 28, 2007, with the family in attendance, 5 to 7 p.m., Imperial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007, Holy Family Church.
