He married Hazel Hamilton, Sept 2, 1933 In Ottawa. She survives with a son, Ted, Spring Valley; two daughters, Mrs. Edward (Georgia) Kolesar and Mrs. Edward (Leah) Nolan, both of Ottawa; 10 grandchll dren; two brothers, Ray, Ancona and Leo, Ottawa; and three sisters; Mrs. Percy (Lucy) Luck- ey, Ancona; Mrs. Timothy (Frances) Sheedy, Seneca and Mrs. Clarence (Mary) Hartley, Chicago.
Preceding him in death were -four brothers and a sister.
He served in the United States Army and farmed in the Long Point area most of his lifetime.
