RETIRED MOTOR DEALER, 73, DIES AT HOME HERE
Edward S. Babcock, 73 years of age, of 3079 St. George Street, died at his home yesterday following an illness of several months. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Scovern Chapel in Glendale, with Rev. W.C. Hodgson of the First Methodist Church, Glendale, offciating. Interment will be in Grand View Cemetery.
Mr. Babcock came to Los Angeles four years ago after retiring from the farm implement and automobile business in Fargo and Wahperon, North Dakota.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Jennie W. Babcock, a son Edward W. Babcock, and two daughters, Mrs. F. T. Allen and Muriel Babcock, all of Los Angeles.
