Born in Motter Station, Maryland, she was a daughter of the late Herbert Emmanuel and P. Josephine (Weant) Little.
Joyce was employed with Hanover Canning for a number of years and was a maintenance person for Attorney Victor Del'Alba in York.
She is survived by a daughter, Judy M. Groft of Hanover; two sons, Richard L Wilder of Hanover and Ricky L. Warke of Wilkes Barre; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sara L. Keller; and a brother, Stewart Little.
