On March 9, 2005, Aaron "Jack" Jackson Hadnot, Sr. came to rest with his Savior after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his sons, Aaron Jackson Hadnot, Jr., and Timothy Carl Hadnot; grandson, Navy Makai Hadnot, his children's mother and lifelong friend, Nancy Hadnot Knight and his daughter-in-law, Amy Hadnot. Also left behind are his niece, Mary D. (Dee Dee) Hadnot Lear and nephew, Michael O. Hadnot, Jr. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, M.N. (Buddy) and Marjorie N. Hadnot and his only brother, Michael O. Hadnot, Sr. Funeral services for Jack were at HIxson Funeral Home at 1 p.m., March 11, 2005. Burial followed in Leesville Cemetery.
