Funeral services for Victor H. Ballas, 53, 6211 W. Northwest Highway, the retired part-owner of Ballas of Dallas. 150 Elm, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Sparkman-Hillcrest Chapel, 7405 Northwest Highway. Burial will be in Ahavath Sholom Cemetery in Fort Worth.
Ballas died here Saturday.
Born in New York City, he had lived in Dallas for 52 years. He retired in 1967.
Ballas was a member of Congregation Tiferet Israel, B'nal B'rith, Pentagon Lodge No. 1080 AF&AM, Dallas Scottish Rite Bodies and Hella Shrine Temple. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
