MILITARY FUNERAL IS HELD

Legion Officiates at Burial of Henry Wyborney

WILBUR, Wash., Nov. 8, - George Thompson post, American legion, yesterday officiated in a military burial of Henry Wyborney, 87. Mr. Wyborney a native of Bohemia came to America when 4 years old and to Wilbur about 15 years ago. He was a member of the Phil Conners post, G. A. R. and was on of four brothers enlisting as volunteers in the Civil war, serving under Sherman. Several years ago he took up his residence at the Soldiers home in Orting, following the death of his first wife. At Orting he remarried and his widow survives him. Other survivors are five sons and four daughter by the first marriage, including Milton Wyborney, Virginia; Mrs Anna Sedivy, Nebraska; Charles Wyborney and Joseph Wyborney, Wilbur; Henry Wyborney, Delrio; Albert Wyborney, Mrs. Clara Brigstock, Mrs. Josephine Fox, Mabton; Mrs Helen Davis, Bovil, Idaho; a brother Bradick Wyborney, Minnesota; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. The Rev. Jepson Turner gave the funeral sermon, a chorus from the Christian church sang and the pallbearers were four of Mr. Wyborney's sons and two grandsons. The funeral was held in the Community church and was largely attended.
