DENISON - Earlene Anderson, 73, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.
Mrs. Anderson was born Nov. 2, 1934 in Durant, Okla., the daughter of Early and Mattie (Golden). Earlene married the love of her life, Harvey Anderson on Dec. 16, 1961 in Durant, Okla.
She enjoyed playing dominoes, listening to music and dancing. But she truly enjoyed spending time with her family. Earlene was truly a wonderful homemaker, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Mrs. Anderson is survived by her daughters, Dianna Summers and Vickie Anderson, both of Denison; son, Floyd Anderson of Lovelady; grandchildren, Stephenia Peyton, Angie Westall and Chance Summers; great-grandchildren, Madison Adams, Blaire Adams, Wyatt Adams, Adam Westall, Nathan Westall and Christian Summers; sisters, Faye Ditzell and Midge Ussery; and numerous nieces and nephews. Earlene was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, Harvey; and great-grandson, Michael Westall.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008 at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Rev. Kerry Groce officiating. A private interment will follow at Georgetown Cemetery in Pottsboro. Family visitation will be held from 6 -8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2008 at Fisher Funeral Home.
