Due his listing in the 1850 Chillicothe - Ohio Census, I believe that THIS Benjamin was born about 1778-1785. I cannot (quickly) find any other sources, and despite the "ag 81 yrs" in the inscription field, I don't believe he as born earlier than above.
Is the death date due the headstone or cemetery records? because it's not clear that the death date / year is quite right either, that is, no other sources cite 1852.
In any case, I am confident THIS Benjamin was the son of Moses DeCamp & Sarah, as linked, and hope you're comfortable with those suggestions.
