Philip Cecil Logan was a retired school teacher in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born in Honey Grove, Texas to father, William Eugene Logan and Maude Irene Nicholson and lived much of his life in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a 1929 graduate of I.M. Terrell High School in Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated from Wiley College in Marshall in 1933 with honors. He was a charter member of the Epsilon Alpha charter of Omega Psi Phi fraternity. He was also a mason. Survivors include son, Robert C. Logan of Silver Spring, MD and two granddaughters. Also surviving are many extended family members in Illinois and Minnesota. Wife Dorothy died in 1986.
