David N. Ballard, 27, Buckner, died Monday, Oct. 2, 1989, at the Independence Regional Health Center.
Mr. Ballard was born in Springfield, MO., and lived in Clinton, MO., before moving to this area in 1982. He was a 1980 graduate of Dadeville (Mo.) High School.
His survivors include his wife, Barbara Ballard of the home; two daughters, Krystal Wood and Jamie Ballard, both of Independence; a stepson Len Keller of the home; his father Vince Ballard, his mother Jeanne Ballard, and a sister, Lisa Ballard, all of Independence.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton; burial in Landacre Cemetery, Lowry City, MO. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 tonight at the chapel. The family suggests contributions to the David N. Ballard Memorial Fund at the Blue Valley Federal Savings & Loan Association, Buckner.
