Mourning.

John W. Mourning died at 5 p. m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, 1902, at the home of his sister, Mrs. John Gesler, a mile north of this city, aged 63 years, 10 months and 26 days. Funeral services were held at Friendship church at 11 a. m. todoay.

Deceased was born in Hendricks county, Indiana, Nov. 4, 1838. He, with his parents, came to this county when but a small boy, and made this his home ever since. He leaves a wife and four children, two daughters and two sons.
