DEATH OF WILLIAM J. WALKER

Mr. William J. Walker, seventy-one years of age, died at his home on Concord Park at 2 o'clock yesterday morning, following a brief illness Mr. Walker was born in Georgia and came to Florida several years ago settling in DeSoto County. He removed to Orlando about ten years ago and was generally known and respected here. He was a member of the Baptist Church, and the funeral was conducted yesterday afternoon at the residence by Rev. Dr. Edw. T. Poulson. The remains were carried to Arcadia for interment. The deceased is survived by his wife and five children, Henry and Edward Walker, of DeSoto County; William Walker and Mrs. Lizzie Crawford and Mrs. Rosa Kenney, of Orlando.
