Mrs. Cannon was born April 20, 1957 in Massena, daughter of Glenford and Rose Frank Pelkey. She attended Massena schools.

Funeral services for Deborah Ann Cannon, 25, of Poughkeepsie, were held at Donaldson Funeral Home, Lt. Charles A Harris of the Salvation Army officiating. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery, Norfolk.
Mrs. Cannon was deceased on arrival Jul 13, 1982, at Vassar Hospital in Poughkeepsie.
Surviving are her father, Glenford elkey of Windale, NY; her mother, Rose O'Connell of Massena; a daughter, Destiny of Poughkeepsie; a sister, Mrs. Wayne Jaimie Fish of Johnstown, NY; a half sister, Kimberly O'Connell of Massena; two brothers, James A Pelkey of Clarksvile, TENN. and Glenford Pelkey, Jr., of Windale, NY.
