"Uncle Aitch" as he was called died of appenditis after an operation. He was the son of Franklin Pierce Wisely and Octavia Lenora Thomasson. He was named for his uncle Hannibal Harriman Thomasson who had been born in Hannibal, Missouri.

He worked briefly at an ice cream parlor in Paris, Texas, and later farmed in Fannin County, Texas, and then Bryan County, Oklahoma near Albany. After his parents who lived with him died in the 1920's he went to Paducah, Texas

He never married and left his life insurance to his closest relatives, the grown children of Katie Lou Wisely Park, his sister.

The informant of his death was Mrs. Troy Taylor. She was a recent widow and may have been his employer or neighbor.
