LOCKWOOD --- Lois B. Parminter, 92, Lockwood, died at 2:05 pm Thursday, Dec. 10, 1992, in St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield, after a short illness.
Mrs. Parminter was born May 7, 1900, near Round Grove, Mo., to Walter and Margaret Colley.
She was a long time member of Lockwood Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar J. Parminter.
Survivors include three children, Edgar C. and Joyce Parminter, Madison, Wis., and Keith and Donna Parminter, Bolivar, Mo., and daughter, Evelyn R. and Richard Barnard, Stockton, Mo.; a sister, Ruth Colley, Boulder, Colo.; a brother, Cecil Colley, LaJunta, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Irene Finley, Lockwood; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a great - great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm Sunday, Dec. 13, in Lockwood Baptist Church. Burial will be in Kings Point Cemetery, south of Lockwood.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 pm today in Lockwood Funeral Chapel.
