Funeral services for William D. Anderson, 77, who died here yesterday noon, will be held at two o'clock Thursday afternoon from the Anderson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Wayne Greene in charge. Burial will be made in the Fairmont cemetery, northwest of Kearney. Mr. and Mrs. Warren C. Anderson, of the Christian church will sing.
Surviving Mr. Anderson, who was the oldest of eleven children, are his ten brothers and sisters: Nathan H. Anderson and Joseph W. Anderson, Kearney; John F. Anderson, Elm Creek; David L. Anderson, Bellingham, Washington; Calvin Charles Anderson, Rupert, Idaho; Mrs. Sophie (William) Vest, Pleasanton; Mrs. Jennie Wells, Elm Creek; Mrs. Ida Wells, LaVern Oklahoma; Mrs. Martha E. (Allan) Kier, Decatur, Iowa; and Mrs. Ella Anderson, Gothenburg. (Two sisters preceded him in death, Mary and Margaret, who died in West Virginia in 1860.)
Mr. Anderson left no family of his own.
