They divorced in 1981 and she moved to Colorado Springs, CO. She later moved to Sun Lakes, AZ before coming back to Hastings in 2007. She worked as an office manager and loan officer for several mortgage companies in Colorado Springs, CO, and she also worked in customer service for a health company in AZ.
Survived by 1 daughter, Cindy Deitemeyer and husband Jim of Colorado Springs, CO; 2 sons, Murray Wilson Jr. and wife Chris, and Bob Wilson and wife Barb, all of Hastings, NE; 6 grandchildren, Kerri Fama of Chandler, AZ, Kati Purmort of Shawnee, KS, Kelly Robertson of Gretna, NE, Angie Marshall of Lincoln, NE, Melissa Wilson of Omaha, NE and Jennifer Wilson of St. Francis, SD. 2 step-grandchildren, Corey St. John of Tyler,Texas, and Casey St. John of Hastings, NE; 9 Great grandchildren and 3 on the way; as well as her wonderful caregiver, Marcy Kister.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother, Jimmie Jack Benner.
