Funeral services for Grace M. Berry, 85, of 31 Grinnel Ave., Massena, were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Donaldson Funeral Home with Rev. M. Russell Lee officiating. Burial was in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Berry was found dead at her home on Thursday, May 17,1979, by Det. Sgt. Paul King of the Massena Village Police Department.
Surviving are three nieces, Mrs: Walter (Irma) Parmeter, Chateaugay, Mrs. Glenn (Edith) Chase, Massachusetts, Mrs. Ernest (Eyelyn) Richardson, Ogdensburg; one nephew, Clifford Moore, Ogdensburg; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Mildred Moore, Chateaugay,- Mrs, Lillian Moore, Brainardsville.
Mrs. Berry was born in South Bombay, Jan. 26, 1894, daughter of Alci and Clara Meeker Moore. She attended Bombay schools. In 1917, she married Lloyd L. Berry. Mr. Berry died Nov. 16, 1965.
For some time she was employed as a stenographer at Alcoa. Donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church.
