He was born Sept. 2, 1973 in Cheyenne.
A member of the Ascension Lutheran Church, Mr. Harris was an avid motocross racer who served as vice president of the Wyoming Cycle Club and was a member of SRAC, a motocross racing organization.
Mr. Harris, a licensed airframe and powerplant mechanic, was employed by Wyoming Machinery and Chili. He was also attending Laramie County Community College.
He is survived by his parents, Charlene Randolph of Cheyenne and Dan R. and Helen Harris of Littleton, Colo.; a grandmother, Margaret Harris of Littleton; three brothers, Dan Harris of Reno, Nev., Darrin Harris of Cheyenne and Dave Harris of Kihea, Hawaii; and two step-sisters, Susi Schulze of Littleton and Andrea Doolittle of Maple Shade, N.J.
He was preceded in death by a stepfather, Patrick Randolph.
