THE LITTLE SUFFERER AT REST
Ned, the 8 years old son of Mr. and Mrs. C. N. Potter [Charles and Bessie Potter], died at the family residence in this city this morning at 2:30 o'clock. The little man had been a sufferer for 5 years with an affection of the heart which defied the efforts of local physicians to cure. Recently Mr. Potter took his son to Philadelphia and there consulted the most eminent heart specialist in the country. He thought that the trouble was not organic in any way, and that the boy would grow out of it. But last night the messenger came and the little one was taken to his rest.
Mr. and Mrs. Potter have the sympathy of a large circle of friends all over the state in their time of bereavement. The funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon. If the arrangements now agreed upon are not changed. Relatives of the family have been telegraphed and some of them may wish to be present at the services.
