Following a long period of illness, Rev. W.L. Beers died at his home southeast of Durham Friday night about 8 o'clock. Mr. Beers has been a resident of that part of the country for many years. He is survived by his wife and several children, among them Earl A. Beers of Divide. Funeral services are in charge of Hobbs, Huckfeldt & Finkbiner.
