Census: 1850, age 27 (?), Lawrence, formerly Barry county, Missouri with hubby, younger sister & one daughter.

Census: 1860, age 41 Big Rock, Mendocino county, California with hubby & three daughters, including twins, children noted born California.

She removed around 1,000 miles from birth state of Virginia to southwest Missouri, met & married hubby, then after 1850 Federal census, with hubby, removed from Lawrence (before 1845, Barry) county, Missouri some 1,800 miles to 1848's $15,000,000 purchase under 11th president James Knox Polk (1795NC-1849TN), following Mexican-American War, California, our 31st state on 18 October 1850, so possibly went for the Gold Rush days of 1850's, and maybe (?) with hubby's younger brother Joseph Henry (1828VA-1911CA) tagging along for he had one of their twins in 1910 household at 418 3rd street. Currently unknown is if daughter Margaret died before, during or after the trip.
