Rudolph Sabiers was born in Schwersenz, Posen, Prussia (now Swarzedz, Poznan I, Wielkopolskie, Poland).

He was the son of Gottlieb Sabiers and Henrietta "Yetta" Pfeiffer.

He married Phillipena Miller on 12 May 1885 in Lorain Co., OH.

Rudolph died at his home in Amherst, OH and was buried 4 Mar 1934.
