Leroy A. LeNarz, Sr., age 67, of 28 Circle Street, Orange, Texas, died Saturday, July 3, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Beaumont, Texas. Mr. LeNarz was the husband of Mrs. Martha Donovan LeNarz. He was born January 18, 1904. Mr. LeNarz was a retired business manager for Sheetmetal Workers Local 196 of Orange, Texas, a member of the Assembly of God Church, a veteran of World War II and a 32nd Degree Mason in the Warren Lodge F&AM and a Shriner. He is survived by his wife, one son, Leroy A. LeNarz, Jr., of Pine Bluff, one brother, Melford LeNarz and three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Simler, Canton, Ohio, Mrs. Robert Saylor, Palm Desert, Calif., Mrs. Betty Hartle, Sacramento, California, and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 4:00 p.m. Monday at the First Assembly of God Church by Rev. Donald Nye. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home with Masonic honors. Serving as pallbearers were Morrell Clanton, Grady Kelley, Herbert Chambers, L.B. Johnson, Duel Lee Johnson and M.R. Ferguson. -- Obituary Dated 7 July 1971, Eagle Democrat, Warren, AR
