Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at an 11:30 AM Service in La Chapelle de Martin & Castille for Justin W. Ford, age 24, who was called Home to the Lord on Saturday, July 26, 2008.
Reverend Mike Walker, Pastor of East Bayou Baptist Church will conduct the Funeral Services.
Interment will be in Fountain Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Survivors include his loving wife of five years, Renee G. Ford; one daughter, Paige Elizabeth Ford; his father, Martin T. Ford and his mother, Cydney Ford; one sister, Anna Elise Ford; and his paternal grandfather, T. Gilbert Ford and his maternal grandfather, Gary Judice.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Barbara Harris Ford and his maternal grandmother, Faye Adams Judice.
A native of Lake Charles and a resident of Lafayette for most of his life, Mr. Ford was a veteran of military service, having served proudly in the United States Navy as a Petty Officer E-4. During his enlistment, he toured for six months in Japan. His hobby was weight lifting and he also enjoyed and loved football and basketball.
