Mr. Marion W. Whidby, 75, of Sandersville, died Tuesday, May 29, in Scott Nursing Home. Graveside services were held Wednesday, May 30, with Rev. Ronald Hinson officiating, interment in Crestlawn Cemetery.
Born September 29, 1908, he was the son of Willard and Lillian Threlkell Whidby. A member of First Baptist Church of Hapeville, he was retired from South Fulton Hospital.
He is survived by a daughter, Ann Canada of Sandersville.
Mayo-Lord Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
