HELEN L. BRADLEY, 64, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2003, at home. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2003, at Hall Funeral Home by the Rev. Carl Black. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery Proctorville, Ohio. She was born May 28, 1938, in Huntington, W.Va., to both the late Jasper and Ada Workman Rigney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Rigney and two sisters, Blanche Pinkerman and Fleta Miles. Helen is survived by her husband, Ira "Short" Bradley; two daughters, Rita Collins and her husband, Dave, of Proctorville, Ohio, and Brenda Webb of Florida; one son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Pam Bradley of Proctorville, Ohio; one stepson, Bill and his wife, Barbara Bradley of Chesapeake, Ohio; one sister, Pearl Pine of Proctorville, Ohio; three brothers, Jackie and his wife, Dorothy Rigney, George Rigney, and Charles Rigney, all of Proctorville; four sisters-in-law, Dottie Vencille of Scottown, Ohio, June and her husband Eddie Edwards, Mary and her husband Freddie Martin, and Audrey Adkins, all of Proctorville; one brother-in-law, Chester Bradley of Proctorville; four grandchildren, Brandon Bradley, Casidy Bradley, Becky Muslim, and Paula Lawrence; one great-grandson, Jadain Lawrence; two stepgrandchildren, Tim and Angie Bradley; two special nephews, Danny and Terry Pine; and a special niece, Jeanie Rigney.
