Mrs. Sallie Wilhite was officer in the W.V.R.U.

Mrs. Sallie Wilhite, the wife of E.W. Wilhite, died this morning at 5 o'clock at her home 1004 East Murdock Avenue. She has been serious in her work for the Women's Veteran Union and was past president of that organization at the time of her death.

The funeral service will be held in the Central Christian Church, Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The W.V.R.U. will have charge of the services. All the members and officers of that organization are requested to be present and to wear their mourning badges.
